Personally, it’s a choice between retaining the same defense or the same attack. More often than not, I choose the same attack. I don’t usually change the whole system when I’m a player down.

Do you have a discord? Looking for help to build an irish division 1 side up and try for European football. Any tips ?

No sorry I don't have a discord...I'm just a very small entity in the community. The challenge you have set yourself is always going to be tricky and take many many seasons. I would say in initially focus on developing youth players and bringing in cheap players and selling for profit. Gradually work your way up the Irish league. Improve the youth set up and training facilities and keep grinding away until you are in a position to sell good young players to overseas clubs. It's only when you get to that point consistently will you start to sign players who can take you further. It's a good challenge but difficult and you will need a lot of patience. good luck and hope you can succeed!

Sorry Phil but I had to stop watching because the game speed was far too fast for me. Your commentary was interesting but I could not follow the action due to the speed.
