"Love Lies Dying" from the new FM DVD - INDISCREET 25 LIVE - out 1st April 2013 via Riff City Films. In March 2012 FM performed three sell-out concerts to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their debut album INDISCREET. Filmed live in concert during the INDISCREET 25 LIVE shows, this DVD also includes a behind the scenes documentary in which the band members reflect on Indiscreet's place in FM history.
Filmed at Manchester Academy 2 9th March 2012 and at London O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire 10th March 2012.
INDISCREET 25 LIVE is available from the FM webshop at www.fmofficial.com and all good DVD retailers.

Pure genius this is how real bands do it so much better than the shit out today.
Absolutely beautiful. Sadly kids today think this kind of live show can only be achieved with trickery and overdubs. Not so, this is pure talent, skill and a lifetime of dedication to the craft. We’re not worthy.

Saw them supporting the sublime Magnum back in the day and in their headline tour the year after. Belting stuff. Big hair, bigger sound. Brilliant days.
The band that should have been huge but never really made it. It's still fine melodic rock after 25 + years. That girl is still my fav track from back in 85 era. Well done lads, you were robbed.

Never heard of this band till just a few videos ago... this band should have have made it big!!!they should adapt to todays music a put somethin out!! Their way just modern!
I thought I'd give a quick rewrite of my comments. In 2001 a whole lot of things happened in my life and to the world. I fell in love for the second time and again even though it was better than the first in 1995 when I was 19 I didn't follow through. I felt really sad just leaving behind a goldmine in emotions I discovered. I never really did. Then right after that two things happened. A world tragedy I had feared that whole summer happened 9/11/01. I was terrified and felt horrible. Unfortunately, war was to happen and once more prove it was not the right means again, but right after the event I discovered FM and I was floored! I've loved FM ever since and Wildlife are also a great band! FM and Steve Overland legends the best ever!

Right, so i am going through CANADIAN band FM from 1976 and this comes up in the videos. I have to admit i haven't heard of this band. The only FM i knew of was the Canadian band. Now i will admit these guys are very talented and i actually like this song, BUT when you named the band wouldn't you want an original name, NOT a name that has already been used by a popular artist???? Just a thought.

According to an interview with Steve Overland and Jim Kirkpatrick, when these guys first established themselves in the 80's, not long before their first ever tour, which was with Meatloaf, they hadn't decided on a name. Then Merv Goldsworthy came up with the name "FM." They said they'll just use it for that tour and see how it goes. Obviously, they've stuck with it ever since.
Blame MTV-VIACOM for having left for dead the 80's HardRock/Aor scene !
