The FlySky FS-i6x is now my favourite Ground RC Radio!! Does everything I need, and CAN have up to 10 Channels. I've tried mine with an 8 Channel Receiver, and it's great! GOOD bit of set-up Tips, Teri!! 👍👍 Always enjoy these Videos. As I'm S-L-O-W-L-Y figuring out how my Beier USM-RC-2 Sound System works.... I almost accidentally discovered a cool feature! I can now adjust Volume, FROM THE TRANSMITTER, using one of the Rotary Knobs. 😁😎

it's a good radio if you're on a budget, I've very tempted to get my hands on a Beier System, get my head round it and do a couple of detailed installation videos.

I really hope you do!! With your thoroughness, I'm sure to learn a bunch of awesome new things. 😉 And even though the FlySky is a budget Radio, I really like it. For GROUND use. I only Fly with Futaba!

That all makes sense That's ever so simple What is the on off switch used for? Can you do a video using MFU 03 for all the functions using that handset?

Thanks for watching and supporting the channel Jackie, The On/Off switch (Ch 5) can be used for a receiver controlled switch and I have already done a video on the MFC-03 and is waiting to be uploaded and published. 😎

Thanks terri That all makes sense. I have 1 more question I've noticed the weather ya pick a 6 chanel or 10 channel transmitter and recevier the is a choice of model 1 and 2. What difference is the 1 or 2 on each?

The cab, deathproof duck and badges are available from Shapeways and is all fitted to a King Hauler chassis, the bunk is a King Hauler sleeper, it took a bit of work getting it all to look right but it's turned out ok.., the front bumper and bull bar is totally scratch build 😁

Maybe the camera angle but the truck tracking seemed to be off. Steering not centred but my be camera angle as I said.

the tracking was out a little during the demo with the FS-i6X but I wasn't going to true it up because after the video I put my Spektrum radio back in and it's perfect tracking on that radio....

How do you set up from 6 to 10 channel?

it's a simple case of selecting how many channels you want to have enabled, and then you need to have a receiver that can use that amount of channels.

Hi I have an micro crawler and wanted to put a 6 channel receiver in it and had a FS i6 from a plane I put together anyways I have plugged the receiver in and the steering servo is full lock stuck turning right, would you have any idea what happening?

I would say the receiver is not getting a connection signal from the transmitter and has gone into Fail Safe Mode.., Has the receiver and transmitter been BIND. I would definitely re-BIND the RX & TX with all sticks and switches in their neutral positions and see if that works.

@@TeriWilde I first binded it when it was in the plane and have re binded to the car that's when the problem started I changed the stick around nothing happens played around with endpoints but don't understand how it works and only dose it to Chanel 4, thanks for replying 🙌

As you look at the MFC unit, the sockets in the left column are all 3v and usually have a single LED. The sockets in the right column are 6v and usually support 2 LED's in series.

@@TeriWilde can I put 2 3v LEDs in series for back up/reverse lights in J18 on MFC 01 as I've picked up a Scania r470 and I want 2 back up/reverse lights instead of just one thank for any help 👍
