Stunning video. I feel I understand & know the landscape around Grindavik & the Blue Lagoon more thoroughly than the one I live in. Appreciate the opportunity to have such a wondrous bird's eye view of this massively interesting event, although I am very sad for the citizens of Grindavik and the disruption they have to endure.

One thing is for sure... To be a road construction worker in Iceland these days, you won't run short of work so soon! They try really hard to keep things going, even it's only good for a short time. This was the first footage I saw from their efforts at the roads into Grindavík at the green house, kind of impressive that they built over the fresh lava. On the other hand, they are weakening their protection walls that way. Let's see what happens soon... !? Sad to see 'my' Grindavík turning into a ghost town! Thanks for the flight...!
