Season Layout:
• 19 Team League
• Teams have 9 Pokemon
• 6 Pokemon randomly selected for each battle
• No Legendaries. No Mythicals. No Ultra Beasts
• Every team plays each other
• Top 12 teams advance to the Victory Road
Battle Rules:
• Double Battles
• If battles go to overtime, Single Battle with remaining Pokemon
• All Pokemon only know Metronome
• No switching out (unless move caused)
• Home Teams will have Hidden Ability
Away Teams will have Regular Ability
• 3pts for Win • 1pt for Draw • 0pts for Loss

Yes!!! That one was close. Closer than I thought it would be. But thank god the Aethers won. Nothing against the Flares (I actually like them), but Aethers are on my top 5 teams in this competition.

The Aethers needed this one. Show that they can still hang with the top sides. Now, to keep that upward trajectory.
Lets go Flare! Cinderace show the aethers some sky shenanigans and turn to a flying type XD

ah he didn't have protean on, but oh well the flares did amazing even with this lost. Aethers flew over the fire.

That Libero being left back in Lavaridge. Wonder if it could have been the difference maker.
Spoilers: The Aethers and the Flares both really dragged their feet on finishing this match. Charizard did a good job capitalizing on its omniboost, but in the end the Aethers had enough of a lead that even though they kept putting off the inevitable with ineffective moves they eventually won.

Charizard practically had to be taken down twice, on top of that omniboost. Fortunately for the Aethers, it wasn't their downfall.
Why does it show the stars having played 9 games at the end?

Ah, those pesky Rotoms are getting into the system. Thank you for this. Will put the Nidoran's to work! We can confirm it should say the Stars have played 07 matches.
