    The radios in your Bonanza have given you massive headaches for a long time. I think the interference you hear when listening to distant stations is being created by your ignition or other on board electronics.

    G,day Matt from Sydney Australia. *Did you have to do any type of rating training to fly the Honda Jet? *Honda Jet at Wichita's training facility or with them? Those were great images of the night lights, and... the PFD LCD screen is exactly what is on the RWY coincidentally. 🌏🇭🇲

    Yes, Honda flying! Good stuff. Did you get lasik? No glasses this flight? Growing up I was told I could never fly with my glasses so I never went after it until I was in my 30s and I learned I could. I wish I could turn back time but hey, I've had a pretty good life so far.

    Same, I was told by several recruiters I would never fly because of my glasses. I learned different after. I would have made different choices back then had I known.

    I believe adding V_ref plus 5 is a big mistake on Honda Jet, you fly the numbers on this plane. There has been 25 accidents and the majority are alledgedly due to V_ref plus 5. Is this correct?

    Videos with such full dynamic range are always challenging to view. But a good display in just the right level of ambient lighting seems to work well.

  • @samhklm
    @samhklm11 ай бұрын

    I guess that range is an issue with the Honda Jet; you need to fly to Miami so you can make the hop to the Bahamas. Just fly another hour in the Bonanza.

    I'm still a student pilot and there's so many things I felt uncomfortable listening to. Takeoff not briefed, descent/approach not briefed, so many times "I don't know how..." heard spoken from one of the 2 certificated pilots. If you're going to be an aviation youtuber, ergo young aviators are going to look up to you, PLEASE practice a safe shared cockpit. Simply hopping into a buddy's plane and taking a flight to the Bahamas for fun doesn't cut it. Neither of you sounded competent enough to handle an emergency situation during either critical phase of flight if something went south. FULL briefs on the basic aircraft systems, and what to expect during all phases of flight should have taken place and it does not sound like that happened. Given the scrutiny general aviation is under in recent times, this is appalling and embarrassing.

    I hope you know hondajet can be flown single pilot ? And Matt is not the main pilot here he's jump seating and asking questions/learning. Your speculation are much for a student pilot. You'll be seating there someday. Remember, this is his content and not a hondajet flight tutorial. Enough said

    What’s embarrassing is a guy with a plastic license that says student pilot on it, calling a KZread video that’s meant to be for entertainment and not a complete 3 hour flight tutorial embarrassing. It’s not meant for training. Go watch sportys fly a c172 big man
