The Porch is amazing. The peel and eat shrimp are delicious. Tv dinner is a nice sample of everything. Best homemade ranch I’ve had in central Florida.

Such a great, scenic flight! I took it in a January (on the 737 combi...right before it was retired... freight in the front and only 60-something passenger seats in the back) so was beautiful with the snow but the windows tended to get a bit of slush every time we landed.

I grew up in Juneau and have done the milk run many times. Wrangell used to be a gravel runway and Alaska Airlines had specially equipped 737s to land there.

I flew in and out or Petersburg in 1979. The Petersburg runway was also gravel at that time.

We don't, the aircraft's lift reduces as its altitude increases as a result of the plane's aerodynamics, thus the nose remains level. Hope this helps, -Alex
