You and me both! And thanks
That wonderful L39 need this truefire 5280 afterburner for 64mm outrunner fan ❤❤❤❤❤
@FatGuyFliesRC

That would be cool A little pricy at $49 however.
5280 RC has a burner for the freezing 64 mm f-16 that fits this plane with ease.

I will check it out.
I bought this one on eBay and it works nicely : Cyclone Power CenterBurner V3 Lite Lighting System For Single 64mm EDF by Hobby-Paradise

i will give it a look thank you.
You could install an FW 64mm 2500KV 6S Inrunner to mount afterburners… but you will need an 60A esc

@@FatGuyFliesRC My friend was testing the Freewing 2500KV now on the bench with 7S and it pulls 25% more than on 6S! The sound is ridiculously loud xD
Another great video!

I use a 6s 4000mah in mine and just made the battery strap slots longer cause the lipo sits further back
Doesn't need reverse thrust . It lands slow enough

I agree but I paid for it so they owe me the proper ESC. And yes I know the online description says nothing about TR but in a private email to them they told me the Olive one do in the latest releases. I only wanted it to demonstrate how to set it up and use it.
4s or 6S? I think the performance will be the same (power/kg, not top speed) and price for batteries will be lower.I am leaning towards 4S; Wingloading will be lower aswell, so itll be more forgiving. Flight time should be the same, and on the low end probably more compared to 6s. Thoughts?

All of these p[oints are good I will have to do a 4s vs 6s flight to answer your questions.
Really nice flier, with retractable landing gear and lights! I also love that Color 👍🏼 But for around the same price I could also get an Avanti V3 with lights :/ 😅😅 How is she in comparison to your bigger FW L39 80mm? 👍🏼

Thanks, I went with a 64 ring burner from Amazon for 16$ will try it anyhow.
Do you happen to know your AS3X gain values? I’d like to copy them as a starting point.
@FatGuyFliesRC

When you do forward programing I use the default settings. However I make them adjustable by assigning the gains to be controlled by my knob. That way it the wind id real strong I can turn them up in flight. If the plane starts to oscillate due to overcompensation then I can turn them down. So star with default and go from there. I am sorry I don't remember the actual numbers.
