Man i wish i had 15k to drop on one of these. Im getting my skydiving license and into that sport this month. along with base jumping in the future. If i ever get a spare 15k ill definitely pick one up.

I hear ya. I try to always have an out within glide...
If a person wanted to get a wing a real safe wing it may be looking to the used market where would you go to find something like that and what would the cost be

There is a Facebook group called Paramotor things for sale. You can buy good use wings in that form. However, I have a recommend that you start by talking to a reputable trainer before investing any money into a used wing. Check out this video call Getting Started.
