Lots of tress, lots of misses and finally, some Italian brown lol. Stinks the camera was off for that last beauty. Great trip. Sounds like you had a great time visiting your daughter and getting in a little fly fishing.

🤣 I'm pretty lethal on the lumber. I definitely need to get back to Tim's Ford. I've fished it once with spinning gear. Need to try it on the fly. Thanks for watching!

What gear did you take with you from home? Type boot sole? Own flies? Cost? Recommendations.

Hey, Laurie! I brought nothing from the states. The guide provided everything. Lug-sole boots on the waders. 450 euros covered the gear, license, espresso for breakfast, lunch at a local eatery. He also picked me up in Florence, drove us 1.5 hours out of town, then brought me back. Worth every euro.

Sorry for 6 month late reply. I prefer bass fishing. Trout fishing is all about finesse. I'm not much on finesse.
