Reminds me of that as well. My thoughts went towards Studio Ponoc's work first though. The brimming light is movie quality. Edit: The entire thing is movie quality, but I meant it could fit in _ and the Witches Flower. Not meaning to say that the whole thing isn't good.

I also thought it was strikingly similar to Studio Ghibli, and I was just rewatching Kiki's delivery service too. Her clothes also remind me of Chihiro's at the start of Spirited Away
