how to calculate water requirement of flyash bricks?

If you soak the ashes in water you can siphon off most of the salts and metals. Faster if you use distilled water. Also houses use to be made from “cinder” blocks cinder is a term used for burnt things aka the cinder block is made with ashes. Now we use “cement” blocks.

Sir then what preaction shall be taken if they don't resist cold in winters is seems they become useless that time and buyer feels unsatisfy is there any solution for this problem especially

You could replace it with volcanic ash. The Standard Gauge Railway project from Mombasa to Nairobi substituted volcanic ash for fly ash.

Whether water curing is required or not during construction and after construction, and if required how much days, is not mentioned.

I am buidling my house and when I ask Fly ash bricks to my builder/cotractor - I get oblivious look OR i get misinformation like - "they are not good for construction", "they are weak".,"Clay brincks are best!" What you have presented seems to be a knowledge only limited to educated engineer brass. The on-the-ground foreman/builders are still living and working in 1990s. Anyhow, thanks for sharing the information.

why cant we make bigger size of bricks?

If these Toxic materials can be burned OUT with HEAT? Maybe they can be FIRED at great great great temperatures and then tested for toxicitity.
