Those are beautiful squarish? crystals of calcite! Calcite from Southern Ontario, in Niagara dolostone, on the other hand sometimes phosphoresces as well. Wondering if you've seen that effect on the calcite crystals you are showing?

Neat! Most of the calcite around here fluoresces orange. I'm just using a cheap black-light tho, so it could just be a wavelength difference. Yours looks like a better unit. Cheers!
