I think this song is a metaphor for when you start off making music and you tell yourself that maybe this isn't for you but as the song progresses it gets more and more detailed and advanced sounding and it shows that when you don't give up on something and keep practicing you only get better and better. In terms of music as a career it's a very long risky road and quite often you have to persevere and keep going even when in doubt and the song gets better as it progresses and things start falling into place and then it finally pays off at the end when the initial melody that sounded odd and off key suddenly sounds perfectly where it belongs with the chords at the end of the song representing that the initial first steps you took on your endeavour acted as the foundation for the whole journey and therefore the success. It also shows us that even when life gives you lemons you can make lemonade thankyou for listening to my Ted Talk

I started off making music this year, I’m 20 and you’ve been my favourite artist since I was 14. Literally my key inspiration… Though musically my own style is different. Still not great, but I’ve got a lot better lately. My issue is I keep on starting songs and not finishing them which actually makes this whole album weirdly fit my current circumstances.
