I tried Japanese pancake but I still prefer the American style pancake more.

I don't think you guys did it quite alright I like to see you do it again but properly like using a scoop and ice cream scoop and you know flipping it over to see that nice crust on the other side I really would like to see it

I don't know. I once wanted to make these but thought they would be too eggy tasting when I found out the ingredients. I think I like crispy more than fluffy. Like crispy waffles. I make waffles a lot and the crispy edges make my day when paired with so many things like pure maple syrup and strawberries and homemade whipped cream. Thinking about making waffles this morning and topping them with whipped coffee and caramel.
