Some people are delusional to think that Mr. Mayweather ran to win fights. He used his unbelievable skill and his extremely high boxing IQ to outclass each and everyone of his opponents. If you look at his victims face after their encounter you will see that in order for their face to look battered someone had to be in front of them to cause it to happen. Just because they were blitzed and couldn't retaliate all these negative comments say he ran. People just watch the mastery of Mr. Mayweather and do better. Blessings. BRITTNEY GRINER

Mayweather was good but you can’t lie and say he didn’t purposely pick basic come forward boxers later in his career. Look at his last 8 fights. Nobody was a slick fighter. Mayweather never fought Lara or kell brook or Kahn. He didn’t fights anybody that was slick and could counter his style. Mayweather was all about fighting basic come forward Mexican boxer on cinco de mayo to sell tickets.

I can tell most people don't understand the "SPORT OF BOXING". Mayweather mastered every aspect of it including tying up your opponent when necessary to avoid an onslaught. Mastered tthe "Philly shell defense" which is the coolest form of defensive guards imo. Mastered the art of using the ring to weave in and out. Mastered using the ropes to lure his opps in, tag them then disappear. His stamina and work ethic are legendary. This man reinvented boxing.

Just as important as his in ring skills, which were amazing his timing of fighting people with his team and management was just as impeccable. You should have told your son to run, all those right hands he kept eating, it's called boxing not slugging, it's called building up points instead of looking for a one punch KO , have your eyes checked that was not running, Remember Ali ?

Here’s the thing I understand people want to see the knock out they want to see two guys stand there and beat on each other. That’s one of the reasons why UFC is so popular but me I think there’s something special about being able to hit your opponent without getting hit I mean anybody can sit there and get punched in the face, but it takes someone special to land punches at a big click most of his fights. He’s over 45%. And he barely ever takes any damage look at all these fighters that people love because they will stand right there and take damage but most of them really didn’t have a great career after boxing. A lot of them had health problems mental issues from taking so much damage this man is a master of the sport of boxing

hhhh Floyd never gets Old hhh like wine ...the Older he is, the better 👏 exept for aggression; as youth and before breacking his wrist in that match : he was much offensive. besides that : he really gets better (especially talkin about his defensive P.S STYLE).

Still remember how Guerrero tried to use God when he fought Mayweather. The Mexican even went to his white master Pat Robertson to get 'blessed' so that he could beat Mayweather. Then Mayweather proceeded to batter the boy and after the fight declared that God humbled Mayweather while going to the restroom to have his lids stitched 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I notice he’s never looked the best when fighting southpaws. He can’t stay in the pocket as comfortably as he can with orthodox fighters. He tends to be muuuch more exaggerated in getting just out of range after throwing off any punches with southpaws than he is with orthodox fighters. He looks like he literally leaps off center line to get into safe distance. Even in his absolute prime against Judah in 2006 he stumbled to adjust the first few rounds. This was most evident when he took on Pacquiao and one huge reason why he was a bit more hesitant to take him on, besides Manny being a pretty explosive and fast puncher that covers a lot of distance fast going down the middle with power punches in bunches (making it so much harder for Mayweather to get out of range or get off his laser lead right without any consequence with Pacquiao). Floyd is the absolute master and ring IQ of the highest order with the greatest talent and disciplined style. So he still looks good against styles/guys that on paper should take the W. Albeit his bouts with southpaws post-2007-De-La-Hoya are his most boring to watch.
