+Elizabeth Ann no it doesn't. the color depends on how moist your lips are. the pigment in the lipstick is mainly red 27, which is clear when it's suspended in an oil medium (the lipstick), but turns red when it's dissolved in water (your lips). that's why the color is patchy depending on where her lips are dry.

Okay everyone saying she got scammed, you are wrong!! They are all the same color and they always will be ! They color that it says it will be is the color of the flower not the actual lipstick ! When it says it will be a color associated with the heat of your skin it means that all of them will be that same color because they are the same formula. I hope this helped anyone wanting to buy these lipsticks! Only buy one color so you don't waste your money

I have the "red" one but it's hot pink and it's the same in any climate / temperature. I live in hawaii but go back to my home country, Japan in december when it's cold. it's a scam. the only good things are they're cute and smell good.

I think the color just associates to the color of the flower you want in your lipstick.

These lipsticks are MAGICAL! Why haven't I tried them before? The color just results on your lips and it's always flattering.

This is my favourite lipstick eveeeer and has used it for years. The colours changes depending on your lip temperature. So it becomes your unique colour. I recommend it!

You do an excellent job...very thorough yet not a long dragged out boring video. Subscribed!

Just want to clarify the whole colour issue. All four are the same colour. The names such as flaming red, is not the colour of the lipstick, but rather the colour of the flower in the lipstick. it says so on their website.

Camille Reynolds That's all this is. Red 27 dye with prettier packaging. I'm all for paying more for a quality product, but this is just a lazy on their part. red 27 is made from cochineal insects so, think about that next time you put that on your lips.

To anybody still wondering about this, I just watched a video from skip2mylou and she cut it open and reported that it is a real flower that has been dried.

All the lipsticks are the same color. It reads in their website that the names of the lipsticks correspond to the color of the flower inside but they all swatch the same color that is pink.

It was very nice 👍🏼 the colors (there was some gradations of the color) was so sweet I like it

I love this.

I want to try these. They look so pretty. 💋

+Hoanganh Ho she mistook the colour as the pigment of the lipstick when it actually refers to the colour of the flower. on other episodes, she peeled the egg white mask from the top when she should do it from the bottom, she also didnt even bother to cut the peel off eye shadow according to the shape of her eyes. just some examples for you to digest.
