Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel and another video!
Today we fished down the River Adur in Shoreham in the hopes of catching a Flounder!
I got up nice and early and was en-route to shoreham at 8am but when arriving at 10am I realised after driving 40 miles that i’d forgotten my rods! Naturally I drove back home another 40 miles, collected my rods and drove back!
I started fishing at 1:30pm instead of the desired 10:30am and things got off to a quick start! Our first cast we caught a small school bass!
After this we had multiple green eels but just before starting a livestream we caught a beautiful & chunky flounder! We also just before ending the livestream on our last cast caught another!
After all the hours of driving I went home a happy fisherman as I had caught my target species! I will definitely return to the adur to fish for more flounders soon and hopefully not forget my rods!

New subscriber, i live near Shoreham and have been up and down the Adur most of my life. the golden zone for flounders is right next to the A27 bridge the same side you are on now. In the summer the Norfolk bridge is a good place Bass using lures.

Matt that wasnt a great start, forgetting your rods,I hope you gave yourself a lucky sticker or a gold star Flounder have been good coming out of that stretch of river for years There was a old guy KZreadr who fished there many times , he was called fisho , He seems to of vanished from youtube Your vids are good and entertaining Keep it up matt
