I love your 50 stitch a day plan! I am going to try it on my five oldest WIPs all of which predate 2022! Looking forward to the first number being called!

I have that Little dove pattern and it would be the biggest thing I’ve done on 16 count but we should it! It is so beautiful! Just keep it out and do two threads here and there. It will happen before you know it. Now see if I can do it! Even if you can’t fit it into your five. But please fit it in!

I will try the 5 project rotations you mentioned for all the stamped kits I've started and then put them to the side. Maybe I'll finally finish one!

Beads are easy when you add them like doing a cross stitch. Come up from the back of the fabric like you are doing the first leg of the cross stitch. Add the bead, cross over and go to the back of your fabric. Come up again this time split the thread ply putting one strand on one side of the bead with the second thread on the other side. Insert the needle just like you have finished that leg. Pull the thread. Now the bead is locked in and stands up straight!

Hi from the other side of the country! I live in the Fraser Valley of BC, east of Vancouver. I only do cross stitch sometimes. But I did it seriously for 20 years before starting to quilt in 2015.

You know, i hate confetti. Avoided projects with them. But. I had a picture i wanted badly!!!!! So i buckled down and did it. AMAZING!!!!! Now that i know how it turns out I dont avoid. Mind you I still hate confetti, but I don't avoid them anymore!

Poppy, stich the midel with floss, then beads... you can see on the paper, the stiches.... nu på dansk..? Sy efter papir diagrammet, sæt perlerne på efter, lidt skægt at høre engelsk med accent... jeg lyder som en valby bonde, når jeg taler engelsk.?
