Owl Forest schemes are gorgeous, I love the colors (especially with hand-dyed flosses) and the little details. I got the "Snail Houses. Pumkin" kit as a present this year, finished it already and plan to frame the embroidery and hang it on the wall. And now I am stitching Seabuckthorn Summer.

I don't want to get a kit...but I am really really tempted to get a floss pack. I'm just trying to justify spending $90 for dyed DMC (who are we kidding, I'll cave eventually)

Pretty! I just found your channel and have also recently bought an Owl Forest kit, the Bayun Cat one. Apparently in the russian folklore it's actually a monster, but I just liked the cat and the stars and the trees and the little houses etc 😅 The extra paper with the cut marks is so you can have just that part of the chart you're working on in front of you. I thought that was such a helpful idea! And the paper you cut it out of even has extra little images that match the design. I might put those in my calendar when I start stitching on it :D

Thank you for watching!! I like the Bayun Cat one too. I want to put it in my cats little tower area 😁 thanks for letting me know about the smaller chart bits…that makes sense!!

I ordered the Wizard of Oz kit from them a few weeks ago. Still waiting but super excited. Wondering what app you used to track?

Too keep track of where I am in my pattern? I just use Xodo on my surface pro! Nothing fancy 😊

Ooh, lovely to see this!! I have ordered the threads for the Alice SAL and the kit for Swan Lake. I'm a bit daunted by the Alice instructions re the floss.. But I think once I sit down to actually start, it will all make sense. Right? 🤞😅 Did you work out how the pattern fits together? Love the design btw.

@@thestitchyreader2884 not yet either lol. Part one is a gate, which I think is all on one piece. It's released every two weeks by pdf, so I guess maybe they have done that part for us? I will report back when I receive my Swan Lake kit! X

I can’t find any info about that on their website but they are hand dyed so to be safe I wouldn’t wash it after it’s all stitched!

@@bumblebee9335 Sorry, I meant that it won't DISPLAY it as your currency. You will end up paying in your currency. So, for example, I'm in the US so when it took me to Paypal, it still had it all in rubles and not in dollars. So I had to do a conversion on Google to see how much it would charge me in dollars.
