Oh my gosh thank you SO much Sheila I will send you an email today! ❤. When you were talking about your biscornu it reminded me and I wanted to share I put a bright colored piece of floss at the top of my projects so I always know which way is up - it helps with projects like this.

Hi Sheila - the moon in your headless horseman piece - how about using 1 thread of the yellowy colour and 1 of plain white. Try 3 or 4 stitches in the margin to see what it looks like before going ahead with that idea. To know where the top of your fabric is, you could just do a "T" in the top margin in plain pencil. It is what I have done for many decades.

Ah thank you. Turns out the retreat is still on, so I will see you in July.

The biscornu came out beautifully. Yay for new car! In the next year or so I am going to have to give my minivan to my college kid and get me a "new" car. Not looking forward to that hunt!

Indeed! And be able to hear conversations. At StitchNorth I had hard time hearing over all the noise of 150 plus people in a ballroom. I am looking forward to it.

Yes. We had another Subaru but this one, crosstrek was just for me. It suits me well. I am happy. Zoom zoom.
