@@Nile04467 😂😂😂 if that helps you sleep at night… they have a ranking for a reason and FL play some of the toughest games between TX and cali … Them the only other states that make noise in the football world
As a former football player and the father of a current high school player who has played 7v7, I must say it... 7v7 is the lamest shit in the world. Rather than serving as a way for players to get better during the offseason, to the contrary, it merely reinforces bad habits for wrs, for damn sure for qb's, and it provides a way for ex college players who didn't pan out typically due to personality issues to live vicariously through the youth, while simultaneously passing on those same bad traits to the kids, ultimately creating little carbon copies of themselves. Don't believe me, just look at the portal.

Genuinely curious, how many months out of the year do high school players practice with their 7v7 squads?

@@Ginga Depends. The 7v7 coaches normally start spamming my son's dm's in October/November when tackle football is winding down. They start practicing in December and go all the way til May sometimes.

@@kenman9928 Good to know. It’s tough because kids have so much fun doing it but like you said, the bad habits it can reinforce are a major negative. No idea how it really helps defensive players either.
