As an FSU fan I was furious that a seemingly inferior team beat us. Watching this 5 years later I realize I am basically watching the Seattle Seahawk offense... yea not so mad anymore...

Seemingly inferior? I know it's 2018 and this doesn't really matter, but we were 5-3 in the ACC that season which isn't terrible and had one of the best QB's in the league, even before he went pro. You guys got beat in a close game, not beat by a bad team. Don't make it seem like we were bad overall

I was upset. But I very upset when we lost to them in 2012 when we were ranked #3. That one hurt.

Russell Wilson in 4 years in college was the best QB in both the ACC and Big 10. He led both conferences every year in TD passes and total touchdowns. He had 132 total touchdowns, 109 TD passes with just 30 INTs. Now look at the teams with NFL talent he put those stats against. Florida State, Miami, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Virginia, Boston College, North Carolina, Ohio State, Michigan State, Penn State, Nebraska, Oregon, Iowa and Minnesota. That's a outstanding collection of schools he competed against.

Remember watching this live. Still get chills watching that fumble recovery. 🐺

This game was gut wrenching for Seminole fans, especially since we had a TE wide open in the endzone that would have won the game, and a fluke fumble lost it. Fortunately for me, all I have to do is click on 2011's highlights to feel better :-)

NC State and FSU always have incredible games. As we enter 2023 without being divisional opponents, it feels strange. Bless the Noles and Pack

I was there at this game and said that Wilson reminded me of Michael Vick. I had no idea at the time he would be a Super Bowl winning QB.

Thanks Superfsunole.....it was another great crowd in Raleigh Sat. night. We are a very passionate bunch of WOLVES! I "almost" hate we won for the ACC....but we want to do well too. I like your school....good luck in the future! I like our coaching staff...we just need to land a few more athletes in recruiting.

wilson was such a clutch player. it was because of him we had so many big plays. were gonna suffer without him

Just want to point out how loud it was in Carter-Finley-- it sounds like ESPN's crowd mics are over-modulating on that final touchdown and on the fumble. It was absolutely nuts in there. Also worth noting that the music during those last couple FSU timeouts were blasting and it can barely be heard on TV... that's a little more subjective though.
