What DeSantis is saying is if youre an illegal criminal, then they should be removed from the US where their home country can imprison them. Or released in the other country's communities and have them deal with it. It begs to question why these people are here in the first place, since these will be repeat offenders that have no interest in improving their own quality of life in the US. We dont have the infrastructure to handle the world's criminals. Only our own.

I had a nephew that was killed by an illegal drunk driver and laid out on the 7th birthday. It was horrific having to put birthday cards in the casket of a child that was loved so dearly. I’ll believe that when they have this big a show over the victims of murders committed by citizens. I don’t know for sure but I would almost be willing to bet that there are more of them. How about victims of mass shootings in general like parkland high school. Wasn’t that in Florida?

I watched this man break down talking about his son's mother coming home from Iraq and everyone is happy because they made it and she's crying for her child I broke down with him my oldest son did three tours in Iraq and every time he came home it was a joyful ocassion it was always such a relief when he was back home I could relax some sleep a little better just happy he was home , even though we lost his younger brother nine years later after a long fought battle with his brain cancer I did get to tell him I loved him was proud of him and hold on to him and tell him bye .But this mother didn't get to have that opportunity she was in another country serving her country . And to be told your child is gone oh the hurt and how it hurts . To these parents may God be with with you and I pray for your Peace ,God Bless .

So sorry for your loss. You will see him again in heaven, for we don’t die, we just go somewhere else! We have choices.....heaven or hell? I lost my son also, but, he spoke to several times! The last time, he told me that he was happier than he had ever been. He said the Lord was his best friend and had given him two jobs.... helping people adjust in heaven and helping people on earth! He told me that I had a few more years, but when it is my time , he will be the one that comes for me!

I am so grateful for Gov. DeSantis and for Florida's law enforcement. They are brave, and with everything that's going on in the country right now, I feel secure and safe. I hope other states follow suit-condolences to the families who lost their children.

Carol I’m from Texas! Take this with a grain of salt! But your Governor is doing this to deflect the crime being perpetrated on you your state and the country! Millions of gallons of polluted water into the state! This is just meant to deflect attention to the ecological crime happening right now ! How many billions of cleanup dollars are they / Ron saving the chemical company! No mention about releasing these pollutants into your ecology! And if could be done so easily why did it take till now to get the problem fixed? Lots of things don’t add up! I always said I would never move to Florida because I hate the heat, but I’m starting to change my mind. This governor is an example of pure golden sunshine. Woman in yellow had me tear up. Sad.

If I'm caught driving without license I'm going to jail and probably pay a bond to get out have to go to court .... This mother and fathers child paid with his life for someone who should not have been out of jail and should have been sent back and told to come legally or next time your caught you will spend a long time in jail until and then deported sorry for your loss ma,am you and your husband and family .may God comfort and bless you both with his love and grace
