This is the normal climate of south Florida. Most of this land millions call home was underwater in 1900. The change that occurred is man thought nature and natural events such as flooding could be controlled via dykes and drain canals which exposed this land people now call home.

I know that I'm on some meds, but I really believe Putin's submarines in Cuba have to be blamed for that bad rainfall.😡
