There are lots of ways to mudset and these men are right on! They wet the floor and doped it with pure Portland. They're not showing u every thing. The string line can be used as a grout lines. Back in the day they had no lugs and used Mason line. Mud work the best way. Also can grout the same day. Thanks for that install it brings back memories.

before any US contractors or mason experts comment...plz, consider. 1. there are building codes. people have to pass a test and get certificate, etc...not US standards. 2. that guy working is paid 15 US bucks a day, maybe. his mortar/cement mixing guy is paid 5 bucks a day. 3. material/tools cost alot. 4. Vietnamese people appreciate quality too. contractor not good...not good for business. 5. give the guy a break. do you think he have health insurance? he is in prison slippers that have one toe sticking out; working with a stick and a string. btw, someone gofund him a page for new slippers. 6. this is an honest living for the two dudes.

I'm korean tile installer they can know levels with wall tiles level, laser level is no necessary. in Korea use that way too but that way is not proper way to install polised tile and pocelain tile(if there's temptures are not much diffrent with seasons, that might be okay but in Korea doesn't) with that way, tiles will be fall out in 2-3years. must have to spread with nothed trowel and use high particle glue like a ardex x-18 in my opinion

The method used is of lower standard because the screeds to transfer level were not used. I think it's best to leave the floor with a rough cement sand screed, so that when tiling u simply moisturize the floor and lay tiles

Lát gạch kiểu này tg sau này bị bộp hết.lý do hồ cán nền nó khô nhót hồ với gạch lúc nào cũng bị mo ở giữa nên bn làm vậy là thiếu hồ giầu ở giữa rồi.

Kiểu lát gạch này truyền thống xưa rồi. Nên áp dụng thêm kiểu lát gạch hiện đại có nêm ke cân bằng... Thì sẽ thẩm mỹ và đều hơn.

i think u need to atleast apply some adhesives on the tile before placing it, to makentbhbe tiles last longer and has a strong foundation ..

You don’t need no adhesive in this method, the water cement he’s pouring on top serves as adhesive between the tiles and sand

tiles sood be layed from the center of the room towards the wals to end evenly at all 4 wals ,this results in evenly wall endings,the tile adhesif is way to fluid by the way.
