What I like about this video is that they show every attempt even the mess ups, showing that not everytime is gonna be good and you’re not gonna catch it everytime

i love how he takes the feedback and applies it right away

From my experience, any toss higher than a triple will definitely leave a white scuff mark on hardwood floors. At the former high school I used to teach at, the Athletic Director required that we performed on a tarp for winter guard since any type of droppage from rifles/sabers will scratch up the court.

That Mexican i suggest rolling to the right. so toss your five and give it some distance to travel to the right and roll AFTER you release and you could catch it either on the ground or standing up, on the ground might be easier with a five

I thought most guards generally do put the black tape on their equipment to use it as a sight. All of the guards I spun with did, anyway.
