I was going into the 8th grade when this record dropped. I’m beyond blessed and grateful I got to experience the early 2000’s during my childhood. I notice when watching videos like these that there was still a innocence left within world and once the 2010’s hit all of that seem to have went away. Beautiful simpler times though.

I remember watching this a couple of times on MTV back in 2003. It was a tune of a song I loved then I forgot the lyrics and then the song came into my head at times but didn’t know how to spell the name of the band and song although it started with Flo. 19 years later I found the song recommended on YT and then was happy to hear the song after such a long time, so glad I can listen to this when I want. Songs like this don’t exist in the 2020s but glad that memories stay on YT

@@1969Makaveli Zhane? Really? I dont hear anything special in Zhane. Then again I only know 2 of their radio hits. Maybe I will go see what you mean.
I can't believe this is what used to be on the radio in the early 2000s, what I'd do to go back. We didn't know what we had.
That early 2000s neo soul era was everything.
One of my fav songs of all time.. Groove is so timeless and infectious!

This will always be one of the best songs ever made❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾👊🏿👊🏿✌🏾
Man this new music can not touch the old jams. I sound like a old man but we was rocking back in the day!
If anyone can sit through this song without wanting to dance or rollerskate they don't have any soul....This is rockin!!!!
Just might be the single most underrated group and song in R&B history. These girls don't play! I mean it's 2017 and 50 years from now this shit will still be a banger.
CLASSIC!! 2002 … reminds me of summer … GREAT MEMORIES
I can't believe this song is 10 years old!
I had the pleasure of seeing them on 4/20 here in Philly, and meeting them after the show. and they've only gotten better. So down to earth, talented musicians and Marsha sounds even better live...I'm so thankful to GOD that i grew up in this era and was exposed to this real good, feel good music...
This is one of the coolest, most imaginative music videos ever. I’m mad at how underrated both the video and song are.
I miss them. They were so original.
Popped in my head upon waking up this morning! This dope music 🎶 will never go out of style!! 💃🏽🧡
Black women bringing the talent.I love this.
MS Natalie opened her 20 year reign last night in Manchester with this BRING BACK THESE DAYS PLEASE July 29th 2022 Fantastic show🙏🏿⚘️⚘️💐
I am from the island of Barbados but this song brings back memories of when I used to visit West and South Philly summer time in 1999 late early 2000s as a teenager. Great era for R&B/soul music. Big up Philly (Gallery Mall, 69th Steet) NJ, my seccond homes. #memories
22 years later and I'm still on
2002, 18 years old, senior year of high school, responsibilities weren't completely out of control, had my health, and a lot of my family, and old friends were still around. Can I have it back... pretty please? :(
I love me some Floetry. These women songs never get old and yes this was the good old days.
The fact that they’re English makes this so refreshing. This is so cool!

British were always influenced musically by African Americans. Like a big brother does his younger siblings. We are fam so it's all love
Don't nothin beat those sexy slow jams from the 90's & early 2000's. 💯 They had hella baby makers and panty droppers back then, black love at its finest back then. 💯 I'm glad I grew up in that era back then. 💯 It was live. 💯
Became an instant fan once I heard the melody and Marsha's voice. Bought this album the 1st week it dropped like my depended on it lol. #LoveFloetry
This song makes me so happy and sad at the same time! I don’t recall the first time I heard this song as a young girl but I was and still is obsessed🙌🏽. Wish I could back, no stress and worries dancing to Floetry💃🏽
class of 2002 baybee!!! Man the late 90s and early 2000s was the era of neo soul. My kinda soul. This was my time.
I can appreciate all the comments posted. Due to the many life distractions I have not really listened to Floetry until recently. I must say I am blown away by their creativity and golden voices. Now, I grew up on Motown and I can and do appreciate Floetry. Great music is great music no matter what era of time.
Reminds me of my brother and I riding and playing this in the car on our way home from and back to college '02-'03.
Yes, memories of enjoying this song when it debuted, I was age 17 going on 18 in 2002. Also I remember seeing Floetry in concert in Louisville, KY in 2002 when they were upcoming. ☺ I still enjoy it today!

I bet that was a great show
so good... great combination - come back, we miss you
I was going into the 8th grade when this record dropped. I’m beyond blessed and grateful I got to experience the early 2000’s during my childhood. I notice when watching videos like these that there was still a innocence left within world and once the 2010’s hit all of that seem to have went away. Beautiful simpler times though.
"Something New" made me dig for this classic. This is my childhood right here - pure nostalgia!
2002 was such a soulful year for Hip -Hop and R&B. My goodness what happened to those times :(

Wasn't a good year for me at all. It was the start of my depression period.......I still caught these videos, but didn't enjoy them as much as I should have back when they were fresh.
I miss 2002 playing outside with my friends 😔😩😩
MISS THIS BEAUTIFUL SUBSTANCE.
I always liked this song. These sister's went in with this beat and the creativity behind the music video is pure GENIUS!!!
This was the first song I heard when Floetry hit the scene, and it was LOVE at first sound!!!!They changed the way I listen to music :)
I'm so mad/sad we dont music like this mainstream anymore
So blessed to have been in this era growing up🙏🏾🥹🖤
2023 and this still my jam...miss this era so much...
This the type music I get high to. Picture this Floetry, Lalah Hathaway, Angie Stone, Eryka Badu, Jill Scot, India Arie , and Ledisi collaborate and make a CD
CLASSIC grooves that are timeless!
I wish I realized how much how precious the early 2000s was. Now I'm grown now I know 😡
Had this album in high school. Listened to it with my mom. Many memories :)
I was 13 when this first came out. Now I'm 27. lol

Had to come back for a late night listen. Bring this back please 🙏🏾. Music and music videos were just 10x better back then
My childhood. I remember seeing them live when I was a little kid at an outdoor festival with Erykah Badu and Jon B... *sigh* I miss these times.
I remember my mom playing this in the house on sundays. We’d be cleaning the house and listening to Floetry. 😍😍
That early 2000’s Neo Soul! The memories 😩 I miss this era so much!!!

We be feelin alright....
Legendary 😮💨🔥
Damn, beautiful..spirit just calmed down 50% just hearing this…
What I love about them is that they produce their own music. They killed it with MJ's butterflies.
Vibin’ to this song like it’s Fall 2002...
Man I wish I could go back to the year this song had came out ... The good old days rt and I still rock this song still in 2016
BUCKTOWN!!!!! Hip hop flavored r and B was undefeated for a time.
Omg I miss this type of music so much!!!! It made you feel good!
I remember watching this music video ALL DAY EVERY DAY on the music video channel when I had digital cable. It just makes you want to get up and start smooth dancing
Wowww! This is so back in the day! I feel 10 years old again!
I'm a big rap and Tupac West Coast NWA fan but that's been in my mind for the last 2 months and I finally found this song this is a hit classic real music.
This Is The BEST Music In The World!!!
Pardon I. But when this song was out. It was some of the best time of my life. I felt it so inside me. Life Flowed! Best Song for Me Ever. I totally remember where I was. I woke up & went to bed smiling!
2020 we still hear. Good music will never die🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦that's what's up
One of the best albums I ever heard 🌹
From Erykah Badu to Nekka, to Lauryn Hill, to Stacy Epps to Lianne La Havas to Floetry. Woman are awesome! Respect!
THAT PHILLY BLUNT JOINT HERE STILL BUMPING YALL 2019 AND MO😁😚😍😀
It was awesome seeing them this past weekend. They did their thing. They only got better with time!
So much fun back then!! I miss those days!! HOT throwback!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
