A neat coincidence allows this to be hung on fishing line. For a human solving a cube, it would be impossible to vertically rotate the middle column - holding bold sides still while moving the middle would generally require three hands. But it's one of the first things I thought this cube might do because it's suspended in space and now "anything is possible". Then I realized that it was dangling from a fishing line connected to the middle block, making this move impossible (even if the motors could simultaneously rotate both sides at once, which might be possible and would be cool to see). However, because humans do not generally use such a maneuver to solve a cube, this isn't the end of the world.

@@xcavinps4539 It's definitely not hanging by the wire, the servos clearly have the torque to make the entire cube swing. It wouldn't be staying in place like that if it was on strings. The only place a string could be attached to is the top middle panel, which is turned when the top layer rotates. Every time the top panel moves, the string is twisted, and then the whole cube should slowly rotate to follow. Plus when he sets it up in the beginning, the string would be a pain in the ass to edit out because you can see his hands move behind the area where the string would be. Not to mention his hands are focused toward the bottom, where a string would be hooked on at the top. A superconductor is the more likely solution. It's not CGI either unless the creator is an absolute genius with CGI. All the shadows and lighting is consistent, even down to the light bouncing underneath the arm. Plus, the motors running the sides of the cube hit a corner and click every now and then, which isn't something most people would account for when making a fake CGI video.

where to buy?
So super conductor or what made the rubic hover?
The Cube that Solves Itself has Experienced Gravity, and a Case of Wingardium Leviosa.
So can I buy one?
This looks so funny and unreal
For each move a mouse ceases to exist.
Real robots don't use CFOP.

Or non-optimal PLL algs. The 2-gen U perm is optimized for human hands to execute, there's no reason for a robot to use it.

I saw an algorithm that solve a rubik in less than 20 moves
I just- uh- woaw. Future is now.
*you: mom. can i have a rubiks cube?* *Mom: no. we have one at home.* *the rubiks cube:*
Technology gets better everyday
Great now the robots can fly too
As you put it together, it looks extremely interesting and I would like to try to manufacture, besides it would be an incredible project for the university como lo armaste se ve sumamente interesante y me gustaría tratar de fabricar ademas de que seria un increíble proyecto para la universidad

Is it actually solving it, or is it just reversing the turns that were done to "randomize" it at first?

How or where can I speak to you directly? I don't want to buy this but rather improve something with you if you allow me

Why does it take over 60 moves to solve itself after a human has only shuffled it with around 9 moves?

It doesn't undo the moves, but rather puts it in a formula to solve any cube
