The video shows a Radio broadcast on the design of a Floating Island City, which can be used to rehouse people who have lost their homes due to rising sea levels and due to an increasing world population.

    Overpopulation and global-warming/land loss poses a serious threat to mankind, floating islands are an interesting solution.
