Float is one of the best things I ever done I have fibromyalgia and a full knee replacement I have silks at home and went to float and learnt how to work with the silk. Well aerial silk just help me so much I am stronger flexible and fill great float was one of the best form of experience that I have ever done. It took me just one day walking to this beautiful place and asking about it. I did the teaching course and learnt so much from doing the classes that they offered had change my life thank you so my Float. Everyone should give this a try it could just change your life like me. ❤
