I live about 45 mins away from the real Pennsboro Speedway. It has been closed for years but it use to hold the dirt track world championship before it moved to eldora. You can still see where the track was and the signage is still there. Really cool to see on here.

That track is a half hour from my house!! So much history there!

I really hope that Pennsboro gets back to its former glory and reopens. So sad that so many iconic dirt tracks in the mid-Atlantic region has struggled and or even closed. They are still hoping to get it back but it's been tough.

This is a remake of an actual track in Pennsboro, WV. The ditch is actually a creek that runs under the track and through the infield. There are 3 bridges in the track. It is now closed, but still in decent shape. This is a pretty accurate rendering.
