I'd say, you need more plants and heaters/radiators, also see if you can do something regarding plants outside to make it look better

you can change the faucets on the sinks , so if you chose a shorter one the window would have fit, it took me a few sinks to figure that out lol

i genuinely appreciate you making the wood grain flow the correct way on the pillars ive watched so many youtubers mess that one small detail up and it drives my ocd crazy and imo messes up the whole flow of the house 😂😂

Suggestions: 1. Alarm system 2. Fire alarms/smoke detectors 3. Outdoor furniture like a bbq grill or hammock 4. Some sort of Electronic to connect to the tv like a game system 5. Curtains and Drapes. 6. Indoor & Outdoor Plants 7. Rubber duckies in the bathroom 8. Dishwasher if it can fit in the kitchen 9. Outdoor lighting 10. Home Phone cause it looks like vacation spot. having that if cell signal is bad is a must. Thats my Top 10 suggestions for this place. Love the Series and Keeping us entertained!! Looking forward to the next videos. Merry Christmas to you Grillmastah

I am SO glad to know you're feeling better!! I was thinking (don't roll your eyes like that! They'll get stuck, and then where will you be?) You might get more if, even if you like a piece that is there, you sell it and just buy brand new. Depreciation of the original piece still makes it a used piece in a renewed house. Make sense? Heck if I know .. I am a 'o in and sell everything that won't run away' kinda gal LOL But any house with purple walls in it is a winner IMNSHO LOL So yes ... add more LOL And yes, you talk about time constraints, but my family still turns your one hour videos into 6 hour videos LOL

Missing some plants, perhaps a flower garden? I'd say look into figuring out where the cleaning needs to be done because it was alerting to something somewhere... it may be maddening but something isn't clean somewhere o.0. Also some electronics such as Fire and CO detectors, the nicer high end ones might fit good... uhm also I think you forgot the grill! :P

Doors! That is what are you missing. In the upstairs the bedroom and the office, both of which don't have doors. Plus, suggestions: 1• don't make the living room a TV living room, put the Couch back against the wall under the two windows (center it between the two windows of course). 2• although I personally am not a fan of the paint colours that you have chosen for the bathroom. I'm not too annoyed with it, with that said. Could you change the toilet altogether and make the bathroom a Shower bathroom as opposed to a bathtub bathroom? You could keep the rubber duckie.

  • @lotheeus

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. That Wooden piece of furniture in the upstairs hallway between the office and the bedroom, I frankly don't know what is it exactly and its almost looks useless, at least in the place that is in right now. So maybe you could move it elsewhere or sell it altogether. And before I forget a second time, if you still want to put some sort of a TV in the living room, then after you have done exactly what I've I suggested in regards to the living room, you could put a coffee table (the one that you've bought looks good) and put a small projector (if there is any on the game already) and some sort of a pull-down screen hanging from the ceiling. Or, alternatively .. you could put a TV on the bedroom if you must have a TV.

radiators lol you forgot to ad them back again i think maybe a towel warming rack and did you connect the upstairs deck light to a light switch? maybe a radio or 2 some books on the bookshelf and dishes in the cabinets a microwave and a coffee pot, to make it ready to live in just lil things i know but little things mean a lot in real life so they may be part of the game. not so minimalist. and the couch is not really place well maybe cattycorner in the living room instead of sticking out in the walkway or a smaller couch and a fluffy chair. instead of an office a second bathroom or a sauna or something the bedroom can have an office space. i mean who wants to wake up in the middle of the night and go all the way downstairs to pee lol

I think the house looked awesome once you were done with it. I do wonder how refurbishing items instead of buying new ones changes things. Do you make more because you spend less or do the buyers offer less because you haven’t replaced as many things? I wish there was a way to know because I’m really curious. Either way, this house looked fantastic by the time you were finished. The only thing I’m certain you forgot was to add a grill. (Unless I didn’t notice it. That’s possible. Lol) 😁

You need knickknacks and chachkies or tchotchkes. (It's a Yiddish word from Slavic linguistic history, so both spellings are "correct.") Things like books and rubber ducks of that style if not literally ducks (QUACK, wait that's Obensauer.) Make it look like it's lived in even if brand new. Those old tyme lanterns are also another good ideas on some tables. Some wooden carving signs (live laugh love eg) are a possibility (but I'm personally not a fan.) Posters are another option but I'd prefer more pictures or paintings instead. Finally, those small things like those shelf sculptures and goblets you can put there or on tables and desks. Bonus points if we have Russian Nesting Dolls. Again, Merry Christmas Grill and everybody!
