Also flipkart is charging return fee for high return, and asking us to look at description before placing order.. but reality is many sellers don't list full device specifications like in clothing they don't give size charts, so had to return it the products is not as per the size charts.. like you said how as a consumer I would need to pay for any future returns.. in amazon it is like your account would be blocked itself bro..
Yes Bro, I have faced the same issue recently, on purchasing the Hisense Tv, I tried reaching out to them as the tv was not as advertised on the site, When tried reaching the customer care the guy boldly with bad tone saying we cant do anything and you have to deal with hisense customer care. Very very horrible customer care and the 7 days replacement policy is also the worst one and it also has some gimmicks in it, bottom line people should ignore this flipkart site, until they correct their flaws.

Same happened to me, order not delivered and customer care is trained to keep getting time n cheating customers, better team up and go to consumer court
I too experienced with Flipkart on Return. I bought a shoe and it was delivered 3 days delay and I booked return pickup on next day as it not fit to me. Flipkart not even picked up the product and again delayed for 2 weeks after submitting many escalation incidents. Refund amount credited in 5 business days after pickup. Now just think about the interest rate for the amount for 3 week. Flipkart simply continues these kind of scams. As of my experience Amazon doing better than Flipkart on consumer support.

I always prefer Amazon, it's 1000 times better than Flipkart. Amazon offers very good customer support. Once, my product was stolen by the delivery person. I raised a complaint through a call, and they refunded my money immediately, even though I hadn't ended the call, and they didn't ask any further questions.

What you said is True bro. Previously I faced a issue with flipkart regarding cancellation of my products. I tried to contact the customer support, but no use. Every time bot only gives repeated reply. Now I uninstalled flipkart
Same happened for me, I booked flights through Flipkart, My flight got cancelled. They didn’t give the refund for 3 months . I used to call them every day and mail them too. After 3.5 months got my refund money.

I can feel Amazon is way better at Customer service. One time I faced issue with phone exchange, Delivery person skipped the exchange step so it asked me to pay extra, When I complained, Amazon they themselves cancelled that order, placed a new one with same exchange and I got the new mobile 3 days later. After a week, I saw 1500 credited to Amazon Pay balance as grievance redressal amount. Also on multiple occasions, Amazon allowed to cancel orders even after shipping, but flipkart not allowing to cancel just minutes after placing the order. Overall, I feel there is someone at customer service at Amazon side to listen to our complaints but no one at Flipkart end.
