Tho, my opinion is that I rather make silly gifs on Ibis and actual animations on flipaclip, Ibis is mostly known as a drawing app, and comparing a literal animation app to a drawing app kind of seemed messed up, I am sorry, both are great and that's my final point. the two other problems for me is that i cant select multiple frames to copy and paste, plus small canvas sizes (at least it isn’t like procreate’s animation feature.. it kinda sucks.)

I prefer the ibispaint one because it is one app which is used for drawing and now animation! You cant draw well in flipaclip so many people export their art from ibispaint to flipaclip but now since the animation feature is here, you wont have to waste your storage on another app which is really helpful(atleast for me)

Editing apps on their way to add audio to the ibis paint animations.

I think one of the better features of ibis is its ability to set how many frames a single frame appears on (animating on 1s vs 2s or 3s) which makes animating much easier

when procreate dreams is coming out, moving there completely. flipaclip is confirmed broken to me. the screen keeps freezing, and when it finally unfreezes, an add pops up and then that freezes, making the app useless. you can get out of the add but the flipaclip STILL freezes. only way is continuously go in and out the app, which is incredibly time consuming because you always have to sit through the intro animation. Disappointed by the app, it updated and it STILL didnt fix the issue. shame.. just shame. even worse, i only started doing this for 3 MONTHS?!!! and the watermark, so obnoxious… why didnt they make it transparent and more in the corner!

i still like flipaclip but i'm sorry YOU CANT CHANGE MY MIND!

i like.both, its just that ibispaint is harder to use. When im done making a base and use the next layer, i cant lasso tool it to the other frame.otherwise itll just make a new frame which is SOOO ANNOYING. Ibis paint has other features tho so thats a win win

Ok ok ok lemme just state my opinion. FlipaClip and IBIS Paint are both really good, but honestly imo if it wasnt for the lack of audio for IBIS then i wouldve went with IBIS, yet again you can still add the audio using editing apps, ect. So who is better for me? Honestly i think its IBIS. IBIS is FlipaClip done better. Although I am a FlipaClip user, i think that IBIS is just better.

i prefer flipaclip bc ibis paint is annoying to animate with. if you have 2 layers and click the duplicate button on a frame, it will just copy the layer you selected on, which imo is kinda sucky. also it doesnt have things that i use a lot for animating. such as the grid, the image viewer etc.. so i still like flipaclip better, but good video

im still gonna use flipaclip because its so easy to use like a beginner that just opened the flipaclip app can basically learn everything in a day.

There is huge - point in ibisPaint.. We having to add layers individual frames by going all every frames one by one with keep adding layers in every single frames.. its so annoying .. Even i copied frame which has added second layers and i past it its also took lots of time .. ..

flipaclip in my experience isn't that good. it lags to no end and drawings never turn out smooth, the bucket fill tool sucks, ibispaint gives you an option to use bucket fill on a separate layer while still being sensitive to the other layers while flipaclip does not. honestly ibispaint's animation tool is a LIFESAVER

ive been using flipaclip for 1 year im deciding if im gonna try the animating on ibis paint bc i have no premium on flipaclip and im poor as hell💀
