In this video i do a quick flip through of my finished birthday junk journal that I created to help celebrate my birthday and the month of May. I add in photos, ephemera and things that have had significance for me this month. I hope this will inspire you to create a birthday junk journal for yourself as well :)

LOVE how this turned out!! I am absolutely doing one for my birthday. Fleetwood Mac is my favorite band and Stevie Nicks is one of my favorite singers! She IS The Goddess Divine of all things mystical, witchy and floaty - scarves, skirts and tambourine ribbons! I got to see them in concert and it was the best time ever. Great photo of your dad and Milos at you birthday dinners. ❤❤❤❤❤

Your birthday journal is awesome. You have put a lot of thought and love into it. I saw the musical "Cat's" in Melbourne, Australia, and it was awesome. The cat characters started the play running down the isles of the theatre which thrilled everyone in the audience. Speaking of cats, where were the girls? Sunning themselves in the garden maybe?

Awww, thank you Anita! I had a lot of fun :) Seeing CATS in a live theater would have been amazing!! The girls are spending most of their time outside on the back porch, lying in the sunshine. It's going to be a scorcher here this week and they are going to love every minute of it :)
I love your birthday journal! This will bring you many smiles every time you flip through it. (What is black treacle? Just curious!) You get to share a bday with Stevie Nicks, and I get to share mine with Rachel Ashwell….the creator of shabby chic! So fitting for both of us! You are very sweet! Thank you! I agree 100%! I had to look it up... Black treacle is a thick, dark, sugar syrup containing sugarcane molasses to create a somewhat bitter flavor. My guess is that it is like molasses. I am going to ask Emma, who sent me the card. Hugs xo
