Thank you so much for sharing. I have been so uninspired for several weeks. This really touched me. I forced myself to glue down a collage background tonight in my journal just to try to get unstuck. I think we are all having some oppressive emotions during this time.

A waterfall journal is the perfect medium for a terrible war and the human suffering of everyone and everything involved. The repetitive destruction and horror of war destroys property and psyches in waves similar to the cascading nature of the medium. And soon, through the horror, we will see nature recreate the space and juxtapose her spring creation through the devastation - just as your flower pages make us stop at the unexpected beauty that appears in short bursts throughout (the promise of hope…?). Yes.. I felt that it was a perfect vehicle to illustrate the war and the lack of truth.. I know it will end and things will improve.. but it is a terrible human tragedy in this moment.. thank you so much for your most kind note. 😘🙏🏻

So heartbreaking what is going on…the books show so much emotion and the black bands closures are in my eyes mourning bands, like the ones worn when we suffer a loss…thank you for sharing❤️hugs from Minnesota 🌻

Thank you for sharing both of these. They do, as Rosemary said, give us insight into your way of integrating your feelings and thoughts into your work. And I appreciate the just sticking to one idea. I’m imagining an exhibit somewhere / sometime in the future that holds such art work. I love both.

Thank you so much for this! i have watched many of your videos and am in awe of your work and process. My father was from Ukraine as well as my mother's parents. i can hardly watch what is going on. Your books also touched my heart (and made me cry !) as all those who care enough and show support for Ukraine. I know it would be good for me to do some sort of artwork to help me express my feelings and your books have inspired me.
