Both Universities have their own significance . However, it mainly depends on your own interest . I suggest you to please consider your own interest and choice your University carefully.

Wrong Information. Room rents here in Adelaide are much higher than Sydney and Melbourne. Availability of houses and rooms for students is also lower. I'm also a student of Flinders University. However, other informations you shared are right.
