I had a pioneer dealership in 1980, it had a kawasaki 440 engine. My opinion is; that was and still is the best ultralight aircraft ever made. I would reverse engineer this one if I had access to one. I occasionally look to see if there is one for sale. The only instrument I had on board was an airspeed indicator. The artificial horizon indicator was a piece of tape on the front tube. I miss the heck out of it to this day.

No need to reverse engineer it. The boys down in Argentina did it for you a while back. Ask google about the "Fighter ultralight". The first link it throws at ya from cloudfront provides a PDF with the plans.

Are there small airports for ultralight aircraft that you can make routes to like for a trip a few hundred miles away? I've been wondering how that works. Thanks, man ! 🛩

So I can fly like 1.5 hrs at like could be 60 knts or 30 knots depending on wind 200 miles could take a long time! And there are plenty of small airports I could land at!
