PAL twice a year Vancouver to Manila, always enjoyed the friendly service from your flight attendants. I always give them a box of Godiva chocolates when I get on the plane.

Me and my family will be leaving to the Philippines as well. Flying from Maui to Honolulu then from there to Manila. It’s been so long since I’ve traveled back to the motherland and I’m so excited and so happy to be bringing my daughter this time to visit where I grew up. So with that being said, Did you have to re-check in at the Philippine airline gate before boarding?

Yes! That’s exactly my seat😂 paid $70USD extra for the seat though

I would rather prefer the Air France Premium Economy flight from Paris Charles De Gaulle to either Hong Kong, Bangkok or Singapore when I return home to the Philippines from Europe at present there are no direct flights from the Philippines and Europe. Recently read that Lufthansa is going to return their direct flights to Manila from Frankfurt that's great as I'm a Schengen Visa holder.

PAL should buy 787-10 for this flight in the future!

Nope. PAL should deal first with complaints, delays, and usage of old aircrafts with no IFEs.

How much did you pay to fly Philippine airlines? I am curious, is that round trip and did you sleep on the plane, if so, how many hours?
