I'll be doing a series of How-To's that include various payware (and freeware) aircraft power up sequences and FMC programming on the different platforms such as the 737, A320 and the E195.

Michael Williamson i think I will need a complete pc reformat to fix this bug.

For worldwide virtual do you have to leave at the specific time they tell you or can you just go when you book. Also do you file the manual report (acars doesn't work for my system) before or after the flight?

Fly any time you want, any aircraft you want, any airport you want, any airline you want. You don't have to adhere to the flight data. All the ACARS is really tracking is distance flown and hours behind the stick. And you would want to file after you are done with the flight. Why doesn't ACARS work? It's a pretty straight forward program and only requires you to setup XPUIPC correctly. As long as it has access to that plugin it should work.

Well that question is subjective. I can tell you what I am using and have for a few years now. I have the Saitek X65F Hotas system which is bit of a weird stick because the stick doesn't actually move at all. It senses the pressure I am putting on it and translates that into movement in the aircraft. It took a little getting use to but I love it. I can't stand joysticks that move now.. .lol. The Saitek Yoke Pro is good to if you want the other control style. My pedals are Saitek Combat Pedals which are good sturdy metal pedals.

ok perfect thank you appreciate the info an the video looking forward to more how too as well , question be interested in if you wanted to do like a how to for beginners like u did on the flight planning like a manual would definitely be interested in buying that just a thought let me know

Combat pedals have been discontinued I think. Couldn't get any on Amazon

How do you connect acars to xplane 10 or 11

www.tosi-online.de/XPUIPC/XPUIPC.html Read the instructions. You have to point IP address inside the ini file to your computer's personal IP address. Typically it will be 192.168.2.xx The xx will be the number assigned to your PC. You can find this information by starting up a windows Command Prompt and typing IPCONFIG. You will see an entry that says IPv4 Address . That is your address that you put int he ini file's SERVER ADDRESS.

Caribbean Airlines would usually just say for example "Caribbean 600" and leave out the airline

Well the official callsign is Caribbean Airlines. iRL they probably just drop the Airlines part but I think Pilot2ATC looks for an airline match so you have to put the full callsign.
