some people say it's cheating because of the capo and some people say it would be cheating if he tuned the strings to play the song, he didn't use his fingers to play on the fret board so i don't think any of it is cheating. PS. awesome video, super talented.

Well when you put a capo it changes tune the first fret below the capo is the first fret so he was playing open string..not trying to attack just wanted to to point it out
