Flight In Cessna 206 Seaplane in Hawaii Takeoff/Landing Cockpit Video - GoPro
April 14th, 2016 I took an incredible flight out of Keehi Lagoon, Honolulu HI. in this 1980 Cessna 206 (U206G) N5382X.
We flew around the Island of Oahu starting out with Waikiki, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona Memorial and so many other beautiful & memorable sights. More info listed below.

Aloha Flight - 1/2 Hour Flight
On arrival at our floating office you will be welcomed and briefed on a map of the flight and the sights you will see. After you take-off from the water we will climb out alongside Honolulu Harbor and Aloha tower, then pass offshore of Waikiki Beach followed by a look down into Diamond Head Crater, the prestigious Kahala area, Koko Head Crater, Hanauma Bay, Sealife Park, Kaneohe Bay and return through Pali Pass and a circuit over the Arizona Memorial before returning to Keehi Lagoon for a water landing.

Thanks! I am visiting Honolulu in June for conference and staying there for a week. I flew on a helicopter tour back in 2014 during the same conference visit. This time, I will try this one for sure! :)

That's what I want to do. Flying is my passion. My grandparents that live in Panama City used to have a seaplane business but they had to sell it back in 2015 because my grandfather who was the pilot for the business had a heart attack and the doctor told him that he couldn't fly anymore. He was heartbroken about it. 💔 😢

That thing really needs a Sportsman STOL leading edge cuff and the Wing-X wing extensions. That would have cut 40% off of his take off run, save fuel, and be way easier on the airplane by not subjecting it to getting beat up on the water struggling to get airborne.
