    Can't function without my 2-3 cups of strong black coffee every morning. I get headaches when I don't have coffee!

    I’ve gone down to 1-2 cups, have tried skipping a day of coffee and haven’t gotten any headaches but I feel like if I do it more often I might

    When I get espresso drinks from a place I started getting half caffeine. Eventually I plan on getting decaf shots of espresso (which still has a teeny bit of caffeine) because I like the taste of coffee. But half still tastes the same and I was able to reduce it that way.

    Congratulations on 3K! I used to drink 4-5 cups of coffee/ day, got that down to 1 cup/ day,& a few months ago switched to 1 cup of black tea/ day. To me,it didn't seem that difficult to do. I also stopped a 2 pack/ day habit of cigarette smoking & that was about 35 years ago( yes, I'm an old lady now). But to lose weight & exercise are my biggest obstacles! Good luck with your health journey!

    Hello Will. Thank you for sharing your vlog. I always enjoy them very much. You are always so optimistic and positive...that is wonderful attitude! I have been drinking more coffee lately too, and I need to cut off some as well. It was great that you toured Denver and enjoy your time there. It seems like a nice city to visit. Weather related delays? Well, that is a reality that we all encounter in one point or another, nothing to be done about it. Better to be safe than sorry. By the way, I started giving Lindt LIndor chocolate bags to the flight attendants on the flights that I have taken lately. I know how hard you all work and you deserve a "thank you for everything" detail. I hope the rest of your week goes well. Always looking forward for your next vlog. Have fun and stay safe. Cheers!

    Hi Will - really enjoying your channel! I hear you on the coffee - I used to be a 2-3 serving guy myself. I switched to iced tea, green tea to be specific with a couple Splenda’s (depending on grande vs venti) for my afternoon caffeine treat last year. One of the things I noticed is my sleep has definitely improved.

    It was good seeing you, thanks for the ride home. Next time I need to give you my info, so if you ever have an RDU layover we can hang out. Sorry you got caught in that weather the other day. I heard the airport was a hot mess. Thank God, I wasn’t trying to commute home. I feel you on the gym. There are some days when you just don’t feel like it. That’s a ok. Everyday can’t be a workout day. Body needs just as much rest. No advice on cutting caffeine, but caribou coffee is bomb 😝. Until next time. Stay safe

    Thank you for sharing.😅 Yes, coffee has and is with me.😅 When I was flying with my former airline, it was coffee fir most of the day. If I saw Starbucks walking to and from a flight well they had my money.😅 Even now since nit flying I have come to reduce my coffee intake by having 1 to 2 in the morning. Then only one after dinner unless I am having wine after dinner then no coffee.

    Yes, when there were weather delays and waiting on the different tarmac for whatever time, I and my crew members could not change anything. I got more mature about answering any questions for passengers in those type of delays. I don't know how long we are flying around! I don't know how long we are sitting here. Then, I would say let's wait for the Captain or First Officer to make a PA announcement. Yes, we, can not satisfy anyone!😊 Also, when I had started flying, I had my part-time jobs in the hotel industry so, I would work on my off days from flying. That was for me during my first three years of flying here in Chicago.😊

    Try tea. You can start with caffeinated and trend it down to non caffeine tea. Its easier todo it with tea vs coffee

    When I quit caffeine, I first did decaffeinated, then cold turkey. I have coffee every now and then. Good luck!

    What works for me is a healthier alternative like tea I drink tea mid day and before dinner . Is natural helps burn fat and is good for the body

    I drink decaf coffee. I know it still has some caffeine but not like regular coffee. I only drink it in the morning. I used to drink diet Pepsi but had to give it up for medical reasons, and I miss it. Water is good, though.

    decaf coffee and tea might be where I start. I drink so much water it shouldn’t even be healthy lol

    Hi Will, Dinner looked yummy. Do you get paid extra for holidays/weekends? Have a great week! ✈✈ Oh, the coffee. I usually drink 2 cups with vanilla Premier Protein. Lately, it's been so hot outside that I drink one cup and then go for a walk. (telling myself coffee is dehydrating, so it is not good for walking and dry mouth) Good luck.

    I drank coffee for many years...loved coffee!! When I worked I would always get to work early to get ready for my day and make coffee so it was ready for my co-workers. I retired and for some reason I just didn't want to drink coffee in the morning so I just stopped. Yes I had a headache for maybe part of a day but that was it. Now I might drink coffee if I go out to breakfast with a friend but at home I only drink Trader Joe's Decaffeinated Black Tea...no sodas, no fruit juices...just water and Decafinated Tea. For me it was easy...if that's your decision I hope it's easy for you too. Hope you catch up on your sleep on your days off!!

    Try to start with 1/2 caffeine 1/2 decaf then go to only decaf

    Hey will, any word of advice? I started with f9 back in February and tbh its been HARD. I'm broke all the time, barely getting called, and theres no trips to pick up. I've been considering going back to school because I'm just not surviving.. I've worked with flight attendants of 7+ years and they still complain about their pay. Does it get better?

    It is hard, sadly reserve systems aren't made for us to live a decent life. I always tried to aggressive bid, or pick up out of base. I switched to REA and I was able to get called more. I don't know other people's finances, I know after 1.5 year I started seeing better checks and I've been doing okay. I would think that someone's salary that's been here 7+ years is better than mine, so I don't know what they're doing with their money. It gets better out of reserve.

    Maybe consider going to a mushroom coffee. There has been one all across social media called Kachava or something like that. Now, do it have caffeine in it, I don't think so but it's better for you and your gut. I shared be video about kicking caffeine. KZread academy always have information about one subject or another.

    Does Frontier pay you anything for training and or a food card during training?

    I’m not sure if it’s changed now, but when I went, they provided food 3x a day for the week, and accommodations.
