Taylor, I recently became a flight attendant and trying to figure out how not to spend so much on food while having this job. Packing and food related videos are super helpful as not many people in this industry share on KZread. I'm not a flight attendant, but I really enjoyed watching this meal prep. It gave me some good ideas for my own meals. BTW, I noticed you lead a healthy lifestyle, so I wanted to share a tip with you and others that read the comments. On another KZread channel, a chef said we shouldn't drink or cook with hot water from the tap--only water from the cold side of the tap. I thought it was a great idea to jumpstart the boiling process. Well, I googled it and wouldn't ya know it, he is right. Something to do with the pipes and it being more likely we consume lead. I hope this tip helps someone else. Thanks again for sharing!

If yiu want to jump start the cooking I suggest boiling the water in the kettle first
