It's wild coming back to this after all these years, isn't it? 10 years, where has the time gone? I remember being completely obsessed with bodybuilding back then. I was in my early 20's at the time and living the lifestyle of a dedicated bodybuilder. Now I'm in my 30's and it's a crazy ride looking back. The world was a very different place back then.

@@jamesdjl4359 I agree 100% . I was in my mid 20s when I found Bodybuilding.. I'm 40 now and I miss the feeling of reading the magazines, then trying it out the advise in my Garagym. Then came the videos and social media. I'm still subscribed and read Neal Hill's informative emails . I have a collection of Gaspari shirts and gym bags I won on social media... wish it was still that easy to win a giveaway.. I still wear those shirts. Social media "stars" are killing the BB world IMO.

Oh and the gaspari supplements are good but only really benefit natural bodybuilders. As if they make a difference to pros who use steroids. Nothing against pros for using steroids, their choice and most look amazing cos of it! COME ON FLEX!

People are such idiots. Everyone want's to automatically just say "steroids" It's not like he just injects himself and he turns into Mr. Olympia over night. Is he on gear? 9 times outta 10 yes. But don't take away the credit that he works his ass off working out, and dieting. If you know nothing about body building. Simply GTFO.

I agree with a 100% people never and I MEAN NEVER EVER take in the consideration or work ethic these body builders have to undergo. That's like someone owning a gun and thinking and think their safe or untouchable but even with that you need to be educated enough to know how to use, know when to use it and understand the consequences of using it. I swear people are just dumb now a days. Fucking know I talks with no credentials.

***** steriods are like money or fame. they amplify whats already there. Ive seen countless people take steriods and thought the same thing that you thought, They thought with this magic drug I will automatically win contest so on and forth and no amount of effort would be needed. you could even look up people who have taken steriods and still look like complete shit. All im saying is do not I repeat I DO NOT discredit someone's work ethic when you have no knowledge of the drug and no intention figuring it out for your self.

  • @thegame1321

***** you're right steriods do effect muscle growth and help tremendously with your anabolic state but your arguement is, is that with steriods all the condtioning and all the muscle bellies or synthetic not real and I quote "but he deserves no credit for his achievements cuz they're fake." and "Can't respect a single inch of his muscle cuz it's fake gains from steroids. I find both of those statement false because one in order to obtain a body builder's physique there much more than shot of a needle, Two how can the muscle be fake if it boosts your testosterone to build the muscle meaning it amplifies what is already there increasing the process, making faster and three your analogy or hypothesis on being a non-necessity(no needs for steriods) is invalid. If you think that it's possible of winning a national level bodybuilding show natural then I think You need re-evaluate your ideals on "fake muscles" that is like going into war with every knowledge of combat, survival skills, etc and being the only one with out a bullet poof vest and no gun.

Growth hormone is ESSENTIAL in football since there is so many injuries...Most of QB's use growth hormone, ESPECIALLY the ones who have undergone surgery... Depends which position...Every line backer has used hormones AT LEAST ONCE in their career..Even though it's more like most of their career...
