Mount Charleston has a number of campgrounds, join us as we review Fletcher View Campground and the secret campground - Kyle Canyon Picnic area and Campground
Dan and I stayed at Fletcher View Campground for 10 days. We enjoyed the view around our campsite, walks on the trails, driving up to Mt. Charleston Lodge for dinner, and the watching the stars at night. This is defiantly a place we will come back to.
Mt. Charleston is part of the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area, a great place to come year round as there is always something different to experience. Walking through Mt. Charleston you will find beautiful, large Sweet Ponderosa Pine and Juniper trees.
There are a number of campgrounds to choose from that can accommodate everything from a 40 foot RV down to a tent. During the warm season enjoy 60 miles of maintained trails. With a trail for everyone from a stroller to an experienced hiker. During the winter months bring your sled or skis and play in the snow.

Dan & Patti Hunt
Time is our most valuable asset!
Realizing this simple statement we have decided to make the most of the time that we have and live the life we want now. For years we went to jobs, worked long hours just to make ends meet.
For us that stops now!
We sold everything we own (except our computers and camera equipment), bought an RV, hit the road, living our dream of seeing America and creating content to inspire others. And the best part spending quality time with our 5 children, their 4 spouses, and 9 grandchildren that live on both coasts.
Our Mission:
Inspire others to live their lives, by experiencing
our journey as seen through the lens of our camera.
About Us:
Dan & I (Patti) married 2 months before Dan became seriously ill. After being a high school teacher for 20 years, I became an international speaker and trainer. Inspiring and educating others to live their dream.
Dan worked in the entertainment industry for most of his life; actor, stuntman, producer and director. He even taught a film class at Villanova University, creating a film that was in contention for an Academy Award for a documentary he directed.
After Dan’s illness, we realized we were not living life fully, financially devastated and just trying to make ends meet, we took a chance and changed everything, quitting our jobs and starting our own company. The mission at the time, which is still our core mission, is to help others before they get in the situation we found ourselves in just a few years before. We have traveled the world speaking to crowds from 100s to 1,000s of people, always with the message of living life to the fullest.
We are that couple that does everything together. From shopping to cleaning and everything in-between. Working together can be challenging at times but if you have ever seen the two of us on stage you would see the magic we create.

It is beautiful, that site was right next to us. Just FYI dump and fill up with water before you come up the mountain. There were 3 wild horses that would visit us at our site in the morning. We were allowed to give them water but no food. You can see pictures on my Facebook page facebook.com/patti.hunt.167Let me know if you have any question.
