A little fsh does not want to attend school. The teacher catches him and brings him to class. Instead of learning with the rest he is playing some pranks. But he goes too far and is punished.

If not the equal of the Fleischers' Small Fry this is pretty good. It has the beautiful color painting of the major cartoon studios of the time, and once again the sound (those water effects) and voice characterizations add a lot to the overall effect. That teacher is so bizarre.

There was another cartoon, perhaps a Fleischer cartoon, about "Three Little Fishes" that used the song by Maurice Denham of the same title. Anybody remember this cartoon? It was a vintage cartoon and we used to see it all the time as children during the 1950s on tv. Now cartoons are so boring and so sanitized.
Why there is an apple at the teacher's table on movies and such?
