I was waiting for Seteth at the end to say 'I wrote it' when the screen turned white at the end. So thank you, it would be funny if everyone was like: REALLY?! And it's nice that Byleth kept on saying "I wrote it" to make sure no one got hurt or had to face the consequences.

Plot twist Flayn wrote it herself as part of a romantic self-fantasy but a stray breeze caught the paper and left it in front of her door. She owned up immediately once Seteth found out but he saw an opportunity to nip any possibilities in the bud.

Shouldn't Byleth immediately be able to recognize that the handwriting doesn't match any of his students, thus immediately ruling out everyone there? I mean, they are the teacher. They grade everyone's tests.
