What is the best way to search for the flat on rent? Is it by hiring a real estate agent or through web sites? How much do the agents charge? What are some web sites wherein I can get the information? Please help.

Hi the best way to find a flat is through Opensouq application, they have details of properties and pictures and numbers to call to ask. You can also choose what area and what BHK. But apart from that on each building there’s a banner with numbers to call so you can call them whenever you see a banner on a building. Agents do not charge anything you only pay for the rent but you need to have cheques or pay by cash for the first month. But best is to check OpenSouq app and Dubizzle.

Al Khuwair is near to Ruwi and also Mutrah is near it too.

If you download “Open Souq” application , there is an option there properties for rent > residential > shared rooms for rent It will bring you places that are available. You have to choose your area in the filter section. You can also choose the price you are able to pay on there. Hope this helped ☺️
